13YARN
A 24-hour national crisis support line for mob who are feeling overwhelmed or having difficulty coping. They offer confidential, one-on-one yarning with Lifeline-trained Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander crisis supporters. Call 13 92 76.
KidsHelpline
A dedicated service for children and youth aged five to 25 years old. You can talk to their professional counsellors anytime, about anything you want, such as bullying, depression, anxiety or anything else on your mind. Call 1800 55 1800.
Adis 24/7 Alcohol and Drug Support
Confidential counselling, information and referral service for people in Queensland with alcohol and other drug concerns, their loved ones and health professionals. Available every day, 24/7. Call 1800 177 833.
